Booking and appointment policies
At Body Vibez Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure all clients receive the best possible service, please familiarize yourself with our appointment policies below. These guidelines help us maintain our schedule and continue providing exceptional care.
Late arrivals
If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment without informing staff, your appointment will be cancelled, and a $15.00 fee will be applied.
Cancellations & rescheduling
For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the same day of your appointment time, we charge a $15.00 service fee with the card on file.
No-show appointments
"No-show" appointments will require a $50 deposit to book your next appointment, plus a service fee of $15.00.
Your convenience, our priority
